Role Overview
An international product company is looking for an SEO Team Lead to be the first SEO specialist in the company and build the SEO department from scratch. This role is for someone who wants to create processes, influence strategy, and eventually build their own team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement SEO strategy• Launch SEO processes from scratch• Work with Technical SEO, On-page, and Off-page SEO• Develop content and link-building strategies• Conduct competitor analysis and research new GEOs• Interact with the development team• In the future, form and develop an SEO team
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in SEO• Experience working with international projects in digital entertainment• Strong expertise in Technical, On-page, and Off-page SEO• Experience in building SEO strategies• Experience in team management or process establishment• Strong conversational English• Experience launching an SEO department from scratch (a plus)• Experience working with European GEOs (a plus)• Understanding of brand protection and branded traffic (a plus)
