Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented SMM & Content Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate resides in Uzbekistan or possesses strong familiarity with the local market. While the primary focus will be on the Uzbekistan market, the specialist will also contribute to developing and executing strategies for all available geographical regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement SMM strategies for all available geographical regions, with a priority on the Uzbekistan market
• Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Launch, optimize, and analyze advertising campaigns
• Manage advertising campaigns in Telegram Ads (mandatory)
• Experience working with at least two advertising platforms: Yandex Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or other relevant platforms
• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and provide optimization recommendations
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Collaborate remotely with marketing and creative teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in SMM, content marketing, or digital advertising
• Practical experience with Telegram Ads (mandatory)
• Experience with at least two advertising platforms (Yandex Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Proficiency in content planning and social media management
• Analytical mindset and experience in analyzing advertising campaign effectiveness
• Excellent communication skills and effective time management abilities
• Capability to work independently within a remote team
