Role Overview
We are looking for an SMM Manager to develop social media for an international digital entertainment brand. This role involves not just publishing content, but actively engaging with the audience, analyzing performance, and driving growth in key metrics.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop SMM strategy and content plan, considering promotional activities, sports events, and business goals.• Generate ideas for posts, Stories, short-form videos, and Telegram content.• Write texts in the brand's tone of voice.• Assign tasks to designers and control execution quality.• Analyze social media metrics: reach, engagement, audience growth, and transitions.• Test hypotheses, launch new sections and content formats.• Interact with design, marketing, and retention teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in SMM / Social Media / Content Marketing for 2+ years.• Ability to independently manage a content plan and create brand content.• Understanding of social media analytics and ability to work with metrics.• Proficiency in writing texts and adapting them to the brand's tone of voice.• Proficiency with Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, VK, and YouTube Shorts tools.• Experience with analytics services, Google Docs/Sheets, Notion, Jira, or Trello.• English at B1–B2 level is a plus.• Experience in sports analytics, digital entertainment, or fintech will be an advantage.• Skills in Canva, CapCut, and Figma will be an advantage.• Experience using AI tools in content processes will be an advantage.
