Seeking an SMM Specialist and Content Creator to develop and execute content strategies, produce video content, and manage a Telegram channel within the FinTech industry. Key Responsibilities
• Develop content strategies and scripts for vertical videos, considering platform algorithms.
• Create videos from editing to subtitles, sound, and covers (collaborating with designers and AI).
• Adapt content for Tier-1 markets, focusing on local mentality and trends without relying on Russified templates.
• Manage the Telegram channel: posts, stories, interactive content (polls, AMAs, votes), analytics, and comment engagement.
• Monitor metrics weekly and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Track current trends and implement new content formats.
