Role Overview
We are seeking an SMM specialist to help develop project social media networks and attract a high-quality audience through organic promotion channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop accounts on Reddit, X, Instagram, and TikTok;• Adapt content to the specifics and algorithms of each platform;• Attract organic traffic and grow the audience for projects;• Work with accounts: warming up, recovery, backups, reducing the risk of restrictions;• Analyze content effectiveness and traffic sources;• Work with tracking links and monitor results;• Test new formats, hypotheses, and promotion approaches;• Identify growth points and scale successful strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience managing at least one platform: Reddit, X, Instagram, or TikTok;• Understanding of organic social media promotion principles;• Ability to work with analytics and key metrics (CTR, ER, CPL, conversions);• Understanding of how social platform algorithms function;• Proficiency in content creation and adaptation for various platforms;• Attention to detail and readiness to test hypotheses.A plus:• Experience in affiliate, media buying, or performance marketing;• Experience with account farming and warming up;• Understanding of platform mechanics and restriction handling;• Experience managing multiple social networks simultaneously;• Skills in tracking and traffic analytics.
