Role Overview

7MARCH is an international advertising agency specializing in content creation, digital marketing, and event organization for both Russian and global brands. We are seeking an experienced SMM Team Lead to head our social media department, drive strategic project development, and effectively manage a team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and successfully implement SMM strategies for agency clients. • Conduct in-depth research of target audiences, market landscape, and competitive environments. • Create and oversee content strategies for various social media platforms. • Actively participate in content production: copywriting, visual concept development, creation of short videos, and digital creatives. • Produce content and coordinate the work of internal specialists and external contractors. • Analyze project effectiveness, prepare recommendations for optimization and further development. • Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and contractors. • Monitor task completion, adherence to deadlines, and ensure high-quality team performance. • Prepare detailed reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). • Analyze current market trends, new tools, and best practices in SMM. • Manage the team, foster employee expertise development, provide mentorship, and actively contribute to building a strong professional environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role such as SMM Lead, Senior SMM Manager, Head of Content, or similar, for at least 2 years. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SMM strategies for commercial projects. • Demonstrated experience in team management and employee development. • Deep understanding of modern digital trends and content marketing tools. • Proficient in Figma, CapCut, and other content creation tools. • Practical experience utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • High level of self-organization, systematic approach, and responsibility. • Analytical mindset, ability to work effectively with metrics, and make data-driven decisions. • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher for interaction with international clients.
