Role Overview
We are seeking a Spanish Translator and Communication Manager for a fully remote position. This role involves active engagement with Spanish-speaking contacts, conducting initial communications and negotiations, and transferring qualified leads to managers within our digital entertainment platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Making outbound calls to Spanish-speaking contacts (100+ calls per day)
• Conducting initial communication and negotiations
• Transferring interested contacts to the manager
• Maintaining concise reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
• Spanish language proficiency at B2 level or higher (C1–C2 preferred)
• Fluent spoken communication skills
• Willingness to work according to Bolivia's time zone (night shifts)
