Key Responsibilities
• Providing comprehensive customer support to users
• Effectively resolving client inquiries and issues
• Supplying accurate information about the company's products and services
• Working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and ticketing services
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in customer support or a similar role is welcomed
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• English language proficiency at B2-C1 level
• Native Russian speaker
• Confident PC user, ability to work with CRM systems and ticketing services
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
• Readiness to work on a shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
