• Generating requests for the resolution of technical/functional malfunctions

Requirements & Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in support within the interactive entertainment industry
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Readiness to work a 2/2 shift schedule from 9 AM to 9 PM or 9 PM to 9 AM (Moscow time)
