Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Support Manager to join a dynamic interactive entertainment project. You will be responsible for communicating with users, presenting the product, and resolving their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicating with users in chats regarding their inquiries.• Presenting the product and its features.• Informing users about the status of their requests and assisting with technical issue resolution.• Maintaining reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a support specialist in the interactive entertainment sector for at least 1 year.• Experience in B2C product support.• Understanding the specifics and mentality of different GEOs.• Experience working with Turkey is a plus.
