Role Overview
Zanlo company develops a product in the prediction market sector, where users make forecasts on real-world events (sports, news, etc.), trade positions, and earn based on accuracy. The project is launching in Mexico, Brazil, and the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with users from the Latin America region;• Answer user questions in the application chat: how the platform works, how markets are structured;• Resolve disputed situations regarding event outcomes — explain decisions, find compromises, escalate complex cases to the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
• English language level B2 or higher;• Spanish language level B2 or higher;• Fluent or native Russian speaker;• Stable internet connection;• Experience in sports analytics or interactive entertainment is mandatory.
