Role Overview
An international fintech project is seeking a Support Specialist for its Payment Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring the stable functioning of the payment direction and supporting daily operational processes. Important note: candidates located outside of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan are considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the payouts department in daily operational tasks
• Verify account statuses and data accuracy
• Work with internal tables and accounting systems
• Interact with the finance department, accounting, and other teams
• Process internal requests and update information
• Maintain uninterrupted operation of internal processes
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• Ability to learn quickly and efficiently handle large volumes of information
• Experience working in a multitasking environment
• Ability to independently organize the workflow
