Role Overview
An international IT company in the interactive entertainment sector is seeking an experienced Team Lead for Account Management. This role involves leading a team and strategically developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of Account Managers
• Develop and expand the existing client base
• Be responsible for revenue growth
• Build and implement retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies
• Analyze key metrics including LTV, churn, and retention
• Develop and optimize client interaction processes
• Work directly with key clients
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities
