Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a team specializing in Google Ads and Facebook ad account operations. You will be responsible for team formation, strategy development, process optimization, and collaboration with media buyers and technical specialists.
Key Responsibilities
• Forming and organizing the team's work• Developing, updating, and standardizing manuals and strategies for ad account operations, considering modern trends and anti-fraud system changes• Analyzing and optimizing processes: testing hypotheses, identifying reasons for blocks, creating internal guides• Interacting with media buyers and technical specialists to ensure consistency across all work stages
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a team lead for 1+ year, experience managing a team or mentoring other ad account specialists• Possession of a working manual or personal system of solutions for modern ad account operation formats• Understanding of SIM card operations, documents, fingerprints, anti-detect browsers, proxies, and VPNs• Ability to build processes from scratch• Skills in data analysis and clear result documentation• Ability to explain complex concepts simply and lead a team to achieve results• Ideally, transitioning with a team of ad account specialists
