Role Overview
We are seeking a strong Team Lead for our Content Department. This role involves establishing effective team operations, ensuring high content quality, and scaling content processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of content managers
• Monitor KPI achievement and ensure deadlines are met
• Develop and implement content strategies for targeted traffic acquisition

Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead or Head of Content
• Practical experience with the financial products/interactive financial platforms vertical
• Understanding of effective traffic specifics and principles for creating high-converting content
• Proven skills in team management and process development
• Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions
• High level of responsibility, proactivity, and strong leadership qualities
