Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead who can not only drive but also scale traffic through Telegram Ads, and build a team of top-tier media buyers from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
• Building and managing a team of media buyers• Scaling existing campaigns and identifying new effective approaches• Monitoring key performance indicators (ROI, CPL, volumes)• Developing and optimizing processes for media buying and testing advertising campaigns
Requirements & Qualifications
• Telegram Ads as a primary traffic source, with 2+ years of experience• Mandatory experience in performance marketing and user acquisition strategies• Experience working with LATAM geos will be a significant advantage• Proficient in analytics and key metrics• Readiness to present successful case studies
