Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead or Head of Recruitment for an independent performance marketing team. You will be responsible for closing key positions, optimizing hiring processes, and developing the recruitment team, making a real impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Closing key positions (media buyers, team leads, head-level roles)
• Building and optimizing recruitment processes
• Working directly with founders and hiring managers
• Developing sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, networking)
• Implementing metrics to ensure predictable hiring
• Building and developing a team of recruiters
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the interactive entertainment sector, within a performance marketing team
• Experience in closing head / C-level positions
• Experience in building processes (even on a small scale)
• Ability to work quickly yet thoughtfully
