Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Head of Technical Department to manage our technical team and infrastructure. You will be responsible for task distribution, infrastructure oversight, setting up integrations, and automating processes, as well as participating in the launch of new products and GEOs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical department and distribute tasks among employees.• Monitor the operation of the team's technical infrastructure.• Set up integrations, APIs, postbacks, pixels, and analytics systems.• Automate routine processes and implement new technical solutions.• Participate in the launch of new GEOs and products.• Control the quality of task execution, deadlines, and technical standards.• Interact with other departments within the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience managing a technical team for 1+ year.• Deep understanding of the infrastructure of performance marketing teams.• Experience with: Chatterfy; VPS/VDS (Linux); Nginx/Apache; Git; HTML/CSS/JavaScript (basic level); Python.• Experience with API integrations and postbacks.• Understanding of Facebook Ads, anti-detect browsers, domain infrastructure, and cloaking principles will be a significant advantage.
