Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead or Head of VIP to join an international digital entertainment holding company.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the VIP direction and a team of 20+ people, including development and KPI achievement
• Retaining, reactivating, and monetizing VIP clients
• Optimizing current processes and launching new products
• Collaborating with CRM, Product, QA, and analytics teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within VIP service or digital entertainment
• Experience managing a team of 15 or more people
• Strong understanding of client retention, VIP service, and monetization strategies
• English language proficiency at B2+ level
