Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Team Lead IT Support professional with over 4 years of experience in IT Support / SysAdmin roles and at least 1 year in a Senior/Lead capacity. This position involves managing and developing IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Proficiency in macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, SaaS, MDM/RMM. • Building and maintaining office IT infrastructure. • IT asset management. • Managing SSO, MFA, and access management. • Understanding network technologies, VPN, Wi-Fi. • Basic principles of information security.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Over 4 years of experience in IT Support / SysAdmin. • At least 1 year of experience in a Senior/Lead role. • Experience in the interactive entertainment (iGaming) or FinTech industry is a significant advantage.
