Key Responsibilities
• Building and managing a team of media buyers• Scaling bundles and finding new approaches• Controlling KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes)• Establishing purchasing and testing processes
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience managing a team of buyers for 2+ years (mandatory in the interactive entertainment sector)• Proven experience working with LATAM geos• Confident work with analytics and key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV, CR)• Understanding of funnels, offers, creatives, and approaches to hypothesis testing
