Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Media Buyer who is confident and ready to build and manage media buying operations. We also consider Middle/Senior Media Buyer candidates without Team Lead experience, but with successful case studies, readiness to work with daily budgets of $1000+, and successful cases with $10k+ profit.
Key Responsibilities
• Building and managing media buying operations • Working with a daily budget of $1000+ for personal traffic acquisition, ability to maintain ROI • Finding and scaling profitable bundles • Generating and testing new strategies • Clearly setting tasks and controlling the media buying team • Ability to create creatives, devise and test approaches, find profitable bundles for scaling • Writing instructions, regulations, training materials, structuring and describing processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Current experience with LATAM / AFRICA regions within the last 3 months • Up-to-date and fresh case studies/screenshots from tables/CRM from the last 3–6 months (personal and team) will be a plus. For Middle/Senior Media Buyer candidates: • Experience working with budgets of $1000+/daily • Successful case studies with $10k+ profit.
