Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Team Lead of Motion Designer to create and control the quality of video creatives, manage a team, develop visual style, and optimize the production pipeline within the digital entertainment industry. This role involves integrating AI tools and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
• Creating and controlling the quality of video creatives (UGC, ads, promo, in-app, animations)
• Managing a team of motion designers
• Developing and maintaining visual style
• Participating in the creation of advertising concepts with a creative producer
• Optimizing the production pipeline (speed, templates, automation)
• Integrating AI tools into the workflow
• Mentoring and developing designers
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of commercial experience in Motion Design
• Experience in team management or mentorship
• Strong portfolio of advertising creatives
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Proficient in After Effects and 3D (Cinema 4D / Blender)
• Understanding of composition, typography, rhythm
• Practical experience using AI tools
• Ability to work quickly, structurally, and independently
• Understanding that motion is a growth tool, not just a pretty picture
• Ability to balance speed and quality
• Experience in building processes and making decisions without micromanagement
