Key Responsibilities
• Managing the Facebook Media Buyer team;• Monitoring KPI and key team performance indicators;• Developing strategies for launching, testing, and scaling advertising campaigns;• Analyzing results, identifying growth opportunities, and improving traffic acquisition efficiency;• Controlling the quality of bundles and distributing tasks within the team;• Interacting with designers, the technical department, and other team departments;• Training, developing, and supporting buyers.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Mandatory experience as a Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer with management functions;• 2+ years of experience;• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads and Telegram traffic acquisition;• Proficient use of Keitaro and other analytics tools;• Experience in scaling advertising campaigns and managing large budgets;• Ability to build processes, motivate the team, and be responsible for overall results.
