Key Responsibilities
• Managing the Project Manager team, improving processes, and controlling SLA• Working with ticketing systems (Jira/YouTrack), interacting with development and clients• Identifying bottlenecks and increasing delivery predictability
Requirements & Qualifications
• Expert from the interactive entertainment, SaaS, or IT industries with strong soft skills and English language proficiency
