Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead SMM to manage a team and projects involving artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for scaling Instagram projects and establishing processes for account management using AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team (2+ people): set tasks, control deadlines and quality• Lead projects: from finding references to final implementation control• Build processes for working with accounts using AI tools• Scale the network of projects on Instagram, maintaining an analytical approach
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a Team Lead SMM on AI-related projects• Technical expertise: knowledge of proxies, anti-detect browsers, warming up and unbanning accounts• Successful cases on Instagram• Autonomy: ability to write scenarios and set direction for the team• Location: Outside of Russia
