Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead System Administrator to join our FinTech team. This role offers a fully remote work format with a 5/2 schedule, including a structured onboarding process and gradual handover of responsibilities. The ability to be available for critical situations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the operations of the system administration department; • Efficiently distribute tasks and manage team workload; • Monitor and maintain the stability of IT infrastructure and internal services; • Actively participate in incident resolution and troubleshooting; • Coordinate workflows and team collaboration; • Support and enhance internal IT processes within the company.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in system administration; • Strong understanding of networking and IT infrastructure; • Practical experience with VPN (WireGuard) and RDP; • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Excel; • Understanding of process automation principles; • Experience in team and project management, or a strong desire to develop in this area; • High level of responsibility and dedication to work.
