Key Responsibilities
• Process inquiries in Telegram chats;• Work with administrative panels and internal systems;• Interact with various teams within the company;• Perform basic technical diagnostics and checks;• Work with Google Docs and Google Sheets;• Solve simple tasks using the command line (CLI);• Maintain reporting and ensure data accuracy;• Monitor the correctness of operational processes execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Confidently work with Google Workspace;• Understand basic technical processes and principles of IT system operation;• Think analytically and work carefully with data;• Quickly master new tools and processes;• Independently organize your work and meet deadlines.Nice to have:• Technical education or training in a technical specialty;• Experience in support, fintech, IT, or payment services;• Basic command-line interface (CLI) skills;• Experience interacting with clients or internal teams.
