Key Responsibilities
• Work with the company's API and internal systems;• Test new functionalities and verify their correct operation;• Monitor system performance and identify root causes of errors;• Work with partner administrative panels;• Communicate with partners in work chats;• Configure rules and parameters within the internal admin panel;• Analyze data and partner performance;• Log bugs and track them until full resolution.
