Role Overview

The FinTech team Orpo is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work with clients and merchants on a B2B platform. This role is ideal for those who want to develop at the intersection of customer service, product management, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inquiries from clients and merchants via chat;• Clarify request details and assist with platform functionality;• Register and manage support tickets;• Monitor resolution times for inquiries;• Work with AML services within new projects;• Interact with product and technical teams;• Formulate clear responses for merchants;• Analyze frequently asked questions and develop the knowledge base.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in technical support for 1+ year;• Understanding of B2B, FinTech, or E-commerce environments;• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms;• Communication skills with developers and the product team;• Attentiveness, responsibility, and systematic approach;• Ability to multitask.Bonus points:• Experience with Jira, Service Desk, CRM, Grafana;• Experience with AML processes;• Understanding of customer service in fintech projects.
