Technical Writer

• Prepare, update, and improve user documentation, instructions, and knowledge base materials;• Independently track changes in products and processes, study new functionalities, and promptly update documentation;• Analyze information from various sources, structure it, and transform it into clear and logical materials for users with different levels of technical expertise;• Interact with colleagues from various departments to obtain necessary information and clarify product and process details;• Utilize AI tools for preparing, analyzing, translating, and improving documentation, independently verifying the quality and accuracy of the results;• Work with corporate tools and independently master new services required for the job;• Participate in the development of the knowledge base and documentation processes;• Identify gaps and outdated information in documentation and propose ways to improve it.

• Experience as a technical writer for 3+ years;• Ability to independently understand new products, processes, and tasks, find necessary information, and bring work to completion;• Analytical and systemic thinking, ability to structure large volumes of information and present it clearly;• High attention to detail and ability to notice errors, inconsistencies, and outdated information;• Ability to write clear and structured texts considering the technical background of the audience;• Confident use of AI tools and understanding of their capabilities and limitations;• Proactiveness and readiness to independently propose improvements to documentation, knowledge base, and processes;• Experience with technical documentation for IT products is a plus;• Experience with knowledge bases and documentation management systems is a plus;• Understanding of principles for structuring and maintaining documentation relevance is a plus;• Experience with corporate tools for documentation management and task management is a plus.
