Role Overview
Join the Megapari team as a Tier 1 Affiliate Manager. This role involves attracting new partners and developing existing affiliate relationships in key Tier 1 markets such as Spain, Portugal, Germany, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. You will be responsible for discussing terms, creating bonus schemes, and motivating partners to achieve high performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Attract new partners and develop relationships with affiliates in Tier 1 markets (Spain, Portugal, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland).
• Work with partners: discuss terms, create bonus schemes, motivate them.
• Track and optimize campaigns based on metrics (FTD, ROI, eCPA, ARPU).
• Utilize personal network for quick and measurable results.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in scaling traffic in Tier 1 markets (Spain, Portugal, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland).
• Existing base of partners in Tier 1.
• Expertise in key traffic channels (PPC, SEO, affiliate programs, social media).
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
