Role Overview
Seeking a Traffic Processing Specialist for an in-house product related to interactive entertainment. This is a Middle-level position. Candidates must be prepared for a 6/1 work schedule and full shifts (day or night). Employment is informal, with an NDA signed after the final call.
Key Responsibilities
• Process incoming RD traffic• Work with leads using a predefined system• Utilize ready-made scripts and AI steps for fast and high-quality processing• Manage leads within the CRM system• Ensure professional traffic processing throughout the shift
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in traffic processing for at least 6 months• Experience working with CRM systems• Experience with Chatterfy is a significant advantage• Priority given to candidates with experience in CIS markets• Fluent Russian language skills• Confident and professional communication
