Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage a traffic processing team. You will work with binary funnels across numerous EU countries, focusing on maximizing manager performance. We value a strong work ethic and a drive for high achievements.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee manager performance: monitor dialogues, ensure script adherence, and track KPIs
• Train new and existing team members
• Assist in developing new features and offers for the FD and RD departments
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of lead management logic, sales funnels, and interaction steps
Requirements & Qualifications
• Profound understanding of all product sales stages and the ability to effectively guide leads through the entire process
• High level of efficiency and results-orientation
• Mandatory experience in sales, working with bots, or chat platforms
