Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled specialist to manage incoming traffic, focusing on the European market. This role does not require active client acquisition; it is solely dedicated to processing inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
• Process incoming applications via Telegram and WhatsApp.• Conduct correspondence using predefined scripts and adapt communication to specific clients.• Analyze lead behavior and select effective communication approaches.• Handle objections and guide users to the target action.• Assist clients with registration and account activation.• Support users until their first deposit.• Independently make decisions in non-standard situations.• Maintain basic reporting on lead management.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in sales, lead processing, or customer service.• Proficient written communication skills.• Responsibility and discipline.• Quick response to new inquiries.• Ability to work towards results.• Understanding of communication psychology and client behavior.• Ability to identify needs and adapt communication to the interlocutor.• Skill in handling objections and maintaining user attention throughout the funnel.• Plus: Experience in the digital entertainment industry.• Plus: Experience in sales via messengers.• Plus: Understanding of lead retention and conversion principles.
