Role Overview

Seeking an experienced T&D Manager to develop corporate training within a large interactive entertainment company. This role involves launching and transforming learning systems, developing programs, and managing all aspects of personnel development.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and transform corporate learning systems, developing programs aligned with business objectives.• Conduct needs analysis, design, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.• Organize collaboration with external providers and internal experts.• Facilitate strategic and team sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.• Develop distance learning courses and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).• Create and foster a knowledge base, mentorship programs, and a feedback culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in developing corporate training within companies with 500+ employees.• Proficiency in learning development and management tools, including iSpring, Articulate, WebTutor, Moodle, GetCourse.
