Role Overview
LEGENDS Team is a leading media buying team within a large affiliate holding, uniting over 1000 professionals working with Tier-1/2/3 markets. Due to active growth and scaling of the creative department, we are looking for ambitious UGC / Content Managers to join our team. We are considering two directions, and based on communication, we will determine which one is a better fit for the candidate.
Key Responsibilities
• Searching for and selecting actors for various GEOs (Tier-1/2/3), developing an in-house database of performers
• Setting technical specifications for shoots (scripts, references), controlling execution
• Communicating with designers for final creative assembly
• Quality control of finished content, working with revisions from media buyers
• Negotiating with performers, optimizing production costs
• Preparing and generating content, including using AI tools for interactive entertainment platforms
• Proofreading and editing materials before publication
• Publishing materials in CMS
• Collecting and structuring information for articles and pages
• Preparing visual content (screenshots, banners, images)
• Controlling correct placement (formatting, structure, internal linking)
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in SMM, content creation, or marketing for 3–6 months
• Experience working with content in the interactive entertainment platform niche (GEO TR1/TR2) is a significant plus
• Understanding of Reels/TikTok content specifics
• English language — B2 level and above (for communication with international actors and working with materials)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills — ability to agree and push for price conditions (sales experience is a plus)
• High visual awareness, analytical thinking
• Basic HTML knowledge is an advantage
• Attention to detail, ability to work with large volumes of information and meet deadlines
