Key Responsibilities
• Build long-term relationships with VIP clients via chat, email, and calls• Work on retention, reactivation, and reducing customer churn• Create personalized bonuses, special offers, and promotional campaigns• Collaborate with CRM, Payments, Marketing, and Risk teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in a VIP or Retention role within interactive entertainment products• Mandatory experience with the LATAM market• Spanish language proficiency C1+• Strong communication skills and experience working with VIP clients• Ability to analyze player data and develop strategies
