Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Retention Manager to focus on customer retention, loyalty programs, and engagement mechanics within our interactive entertainment platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Launching and optimizing customer retention campaigns, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.• Calculating the economic viability of promotional activities and other engagement initiatives.• Working with key metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the digital entertainment industry, including gamification and promotional systems.• Strong understanding of user motivational cycles.• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
