Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced VIP Lead Manager to take full responsibility for the VIP segment. This role encompasses program development, team management, and driving key metric growth. The ideal candidate possesses strategic thinking skills and the ability to work effectively with data.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the VIP customer segment, including various user categories;
• Developing and enhancing the VIP program, encompassing levels, bonuses, and exclusive privileges;
• Leading and developing a team of VIP managers;
• Personalizing interactions with high-value clients: creating tailored offers, communications, and conditions;
• Monitoring key performance metrics: GGR, ARPU, LTV, retention, churn;
• Developing and implementing strategies for retaining and reactivating VIP clients;
• Encouraging client progression to higher VIP program tiers;
• Cross-functional collaboration with CRM, product, analytics, and payment teams;
• Ensuring high-quality communication with VIP clients;
• Analyzing the effectiveness of VIP programs and implementing improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in interactive entertainment or digital gaming platforms;
• Practical experience working with VIP and high-value customer segments;
• Experience in team management (VIP managers or account managers);
• Proven track record of building or developing VIP loyalty programs;
• Understanding of bonus economics and its impact on revenue;
• Experience with CRM tools and customer segmentation;
• Strong understanding of metrics: GGR, ARPU, LTV, retention, churn;
• Analytical mindset: ability to work with data and make informed decisions;
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory);
• Proficiency with tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, and basic CRM systems;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
• High degree of autonomy: ability to work effectively without constant supervision;
• Proactivity: ability to initiate improvements and propose new solutions;
• Desire to build and invest in team development;
• Practical experience in building a team from scratch will be a significant advantage.
