Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced VIP Manager to work with key clients in the interactive entertainment industry, specifically within the LatAm region. This role involves managing relationships with high-priority players and developing retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with VIP clients
• Analyze player data to create tailored retention strategies
• Ensure a high level of service and satisfaction for VIP clients
• Be flexible for weekend or shift work to match VIP player activity
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience working with VIP clients in the digital gaming industry across the LatAm region
• Language proficiency: Spanish, English, and Russian skills (B2 level and higher)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing high-stakes client relationships
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze player data and create tailored retention strategies
• Flexibility: availability for weekend or shift work, as VIP players are active outside regular business hours
