An international interactive entertainment project is seeking an experienced VIP Manager with fluent German language skills to work with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with VIP clients via phone, chat, and email
• Retain and develop the client base, providing personalized support
• Work with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer retention metrics
Requirements & Qualifications
• Fluent German language skills — strictly mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, high level of empathy
• Experience in customer support, sales, retention, or interactive entertainment is a plus
