Role Overview
We are a product company in the digital entertainment sector with our own licensed gaming product. We are looking for an experienced VIP Retention Manager who can build long-term relationships with VIP players, increasing their loyalty and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop the VIP player base;• Build long-term relationships with VIP clients;• Communicate with players via Telegram, WhatsApp, chats, and calls;• Reactivate inactive VIP players;• Prepare personalized bonus offers, quests, cashbacks, free spins, and other promotions;• Analyze player activity, deposits, and behavior;• Work on increasing Retention, LTV, NGR, and reducing Churn Rate;• Interact with CRM, Payments, Fraud, and Support teams;• Accompany VIP players during tournaments, promotions, and special campaigns;• Ensure a high level of service and promptly resolve client issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience as a VIP Retention Manager / VIP Account Manager / VIP Host in digital entertainment;• Experience specifically with online gaming platforms;• Understanding of VIP segmentation principles and player lifecycle;• Experience with bonus policies and personalized offers;• Ability to work with KPIs and analyze performance metrics;• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
