Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced VIP Team Lead to join our international digital entertainment project.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop the VIP direction and client retention strategies• Work with VIP clients via chats and calls• Analyze the behavior of the VIP segment• Build processes and participate in the further development of the team
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working with VIP clients in digital entertainment in Team Lead/Senior positions for 1+ year• Understanding of retention mechanics• Fluent Russian language (the team is Russian-speaking)• Knowledge of Uzbek language is a plus
