Role Overview
We are looking for a charismatic host for an international digital project. The main task is to create diverse content for YouTube, including reviews, news, interviews, and entertainment videos, targeting audiences in CIS and Central Asian countries.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in filming YouTube videos based on prepared scripts;• Voice over and present content on camera;• Independently edit videos with a focus on retention and dynamism;• Release 1–2 full-length videos per week;• Create Shorts and vertical videos based on main content;• Engage with the audience and understand principles of viewer retention.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Fluent in one of the following languages: Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, or Azerbaijani;• Proficient in Russian for team communication;• Confident on camera;• Possess a charismatic and energetic presentation style;• Have basic video editing skills;• Experience in recording content for YouTube, TikTok, or Shorts;• Own personal filming equipment (camera, microphone, etc.).Bonus points for:• Experience in conducting streams;• Having your own blog or YouTube channel;• Understanding YouTube mechanics and platform algorithms;• Experience in interactive entertainment themes.
